Kiama Coastal Wedding: Melissa and Wade

On a lovely Saturday morning a few weeks ago, I kissed my family goodbye and with camera in hand I drove the stunning route to Kiama. The very generous Matt Sacco from Evoke Images allowed me to second shoot at the Wedding of Melissa and Wade and it was so special. He was so helpful and lovely, so go check him out!

I first met Melissa when I turned up on her doorstep with Matthew and from there the fun began. They met on a Contiki tour years ago going all over Europe and their mode of transportation on their wedding day was a nod to that. They couldn't bear to be separated when she went back to Australia and so she moved to England to be with him.

They were a breeze to shoot as their ease with each other and their affection for each other was so plainly evident. You didn't have to tell them twice to kiss :) I remember Melissa saying how she didn't like getting her photo taken and I couldn't believe it because she is so naturally photogenic as you can see.

  5. I love #1 on this list. I am totally a victim of this. When I started creating goals around my blog I noticed the quality of my content drop month after month. It wasn’t because I stopped caring what I was publishing… it was simply that my focus was geared towards specific numbers and metrics rather than what you describe as “actions.”
Because of this #3 and #5 started failing big-time as well and thus a spiral effect began. Thank you very much for this insight. The big thing I’m taking away from this is… to start focusing more on “actions” again!
